This is just sick. Just take a look at the type of people that are allowed to walk around. These people should not be allowed free again. But they are freed and statistics show many will offend again. The following are some of the charges of people free 50miles from my home.

Offender has a history of sexual contact with male and female juveniles (age 6-9).  The contact has included fondling and included penetration with the 9 year-old victim.  Offender was known to victims.

CORRUPTION OF A MINOR - MCKAY'S GIRLFRIEND CAUGHT HIM ENGAGING IN INTERCOURSE WITH A 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL.  WHEN THE GIRLFRIEND CONFRONTED HIM, HE SEVERELY BEAT HER, THREATENED HER WITH A RIFLE, AND FIRED A SHOT AT HER FLEEING CHILDREN.

GROSS SEXUAL IMPOSITION - HERNANDEZ ENTERED THE VICTIM'S HOME WITHOUT CONSENT.  HE THEN HELD A KNIFE TO THE VICTIM'S THROAT AND SAID HE WOULD KILL HER IF SHE DIDN'T HAVE SEX WITH HIM.  THE VICTIM COMPLIED.

MCCOY BROKE THROUGH THE DOOR INTO A FEMALE ADULT'S APARTMENT. HE ENTERED A BEDROOM WHERE THE WOMAN WAS SLEEPING WITH HER THREE-YEAR-OLD CHILD AND FORCIBLY RAPED THE WOMAN. This guy lives 0.09 miles from a elementary school
