I wanted to post this one more time in case I was not presenting the subject clearly.

Acts 2:14-21
14  But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:
15  For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.
16  But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
17  And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
18  And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
19  And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
20  The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:
21  And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel ( we do not need any decoder ring to figure out the passage we are reading) I quote again "This Is That" which was spoken by the prophet Joel.

To quickly sum it up , the Jews expected the kingdom of heaven to be established when the Messiah arrived. The kingdom of heaven is a literal visible physical kingdom set up on earth which we refer to as the millennial reign of Christ. The Jews refer to the "time of the Messiah" as the "last days" because that's what they expected when the Messiah came.
Fla is relating "the last days' to the great tribulation and toward the end which this is not the case with this term as the Jews used it.

The kingdom of heaven is a literal physical visible kingdom set up on earth , which we call the millennial reign of Christ. John the Baptist said this to alert the Jews that the King was coming.

Matthew 3:2  And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

The Jews expected this kingdom to be set up when the Messiah arrived but we know that was not the plan that God had established. Christ came to set up the Kingdom of God.

The Kingdom of God is a spiritual invisible kingdom inside of us , when a person is born again they become part of this kingdom. Christ said :

Luke 17:20  And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

Matthew 6:33  But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Romans 14:17  For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Meaning that the Kingdom of God is not a material kingdom , not what the Jews expected with the arrival of the Messiah.
Maybe this will help Fla grasp the context of Acts passage?

Peter said "last days" , which is what the Jews believed the Messiah would usher in when He came.
To the Jews the last days was the days of the Messiah. I'm not tying Scriptures in knots to get it to say what I'm saying. I'm just rightly dividing the Word of God.

Does this make it more understandable?

I wanted to address some other charges against me.

I never said the Old Testament prophecies had been fulfilled , but they have been written. I stated what the Bible states , the Christ fulfilled the Law and all the descriptions foretold about Him , even the word spoken by Isaiah of the suffering messiah.

Quote
No prophets since the first coming of Christ?  What about John and the Book of Revelation?

John was an apostle and recorded the last prophecy that Christ told him to pen.
You still ignore the warning that Christ gave about adding unto or taking away.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
